Every trailer here is a rental, delivered and taken away. The difference between them is capacity and layout, not quality — every station is fully enclosed, with its own sink and its own climate control.

The Mayfair
A dual-station layout that adapts to the event in front of it. The doors open curb-side, which keeps guests out of the traffic lane on a busy street, and the two stations can be split for co-ed use or configured men-only with flushable or waterless urinals.
Right for rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays and garden parties of 100 to 150 guests — plan toward the lower end when alcohol is served. On a job site it carries 20 to 25 workers a day, with a 370-gallon waste tank aboard.

The Belgrave
A floor plan built around privacy. Three completely independent unisex rooms, each entered from its own exterior door and fitted with its own porcelain sink and toilet — no shared antechamber, and no queue that reads as a queue.
Sized for weddings and gatherings of 150 to 250 guests, or 30 to 35 workers a day on a job site. Easy-to-clean baseboards throughout, a large-capacity corrosion-resistant waste tank, and a winter heating package for cold-weather dates. A designated men’s urinal is available.

The Regent
The high-capacity trailer, built to take a season of use. A dent-proof fiberglass shell and seamless one-piece walls leave no seams to fail and nothing to dent on a tight approach, which is why the same unit suits a black-tie gala and a rugged installation equally.
Six stations carry 350 to 500 guests at a large event, or 60 to 65 workers a day on a long-term construction project. Wide steel stairs onto secure platforms, self-closing doors, and LED porch lighting for after dark.
