Luxury Restroom Trailer Rentals for Weddings
Luxury restroom trailers for weddings across Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland — delivered, set level, climate controlled through the evening, and collected afterwards.
Why a trailer
When the venue has too few.
Outdoor weddings rarely arrive with enough plumbing. A reception on a family property may have none at all, and a historic house or winery often has one or two powder rooms sized for a household, not a two-hundred-guest party.
A restroom trailer closes that gap with something that reads as a room, not a unit: stone or solid-surface counters, warm lighting, private rooms that lock behind their own doors, and heating and air conditioning throughout.
How a booking works
From intimate estate weddings to large outdoor receptions, we’ll help match the right restroom configuration to your guest count and event requirements.
The Mayfair
A flexible two-station layout with curb-side access. Split it for co-ed use, or run it men-only with urinals.
The Belgrave
Three independent unisex rooms, each with its own exterior door, porcelain sink, and toilet.
The Regent
High capacity and hard-wearing. Dent-proof fiberglass shell, seamless walls, wide steel stairs and LED porch lighting.
Planning the setup
What your venue needs.
Placement
Close enough for a short walk from the reception, far enough to stay out of the photographs. The site walk settles it.
Surface
Level gravel, a drive, or firm turf. We carry mats and cribbing for soft ground and mild slopes.
Access
A ten-foot-wide approach for the truck, with room to back and unhitch. Tight estate gates are a site-walk conversation.
Power & water
A single 20-amp circuit within 100 feet is ideal. Where there is none we bring a silent generator, and the trailers carry fresh water aboard.
Areas served

The core delivery area covers the District and the close-in suburbs; Virginia and Maryland wine country sits inside the extended area, and longer hauls are quoted individually.

Common questions
Asked by couples and planners.
How many stations do we need for our guest count?
One station per fifty guests is the usual starting point for a four-hour reception, adjusted for open bars and seated dinners. Send your guest count and we will tell you if you are ordering more than you need.
How far ahead should we book a wedding date?
Popular spring and fall wedding dates can book well in advance, so we recommend reserving as early as possible. Planning on a shorter timeline? Contact us anyway and we’ll check availability for your date.
Will the trailer show up in our photographs?
That is what the site walk is for. We place for a short walk from the reception while keeping the trailer out of the shot.
Do you work with our wedding planner?
Absolutely. We’re happy to coordinate directly with your wedding planner or venue regarding delivery timing, placement, site access, utilities, and other setup details.
Tell us about your wedding.
Send the date, the venue, and your guest count, and we will follow up with a written quote.
